Hinch Distillery hiring: Commercial Manager – Central Europe

Hinch Distillery is looking for an ambitious, commercially driven professional to lead the growth of our business across Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia.

Based in Warsaw, this is a significant role within our growing international business. You’ll work closely with our distributor partners to develop the region, identify new opportunities and build the presence of Hinch Distillery’s premium spirits portfolio across Central Europe.

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on commercial delivery. You’ll bring strong distributor and customer relationships, sound commercial judgement and the entrepreneurial drive to turn market opportunities into sustainable growth.
