The decade of the 80’s was a time of memorable events, from the Falklands War, to the creation of cable TV, a live and televised Royal Wedding in the UK to a new video game called Pac-Man…but what about for alcoholic drink brands?

Liquor companies approach through their adverts was a bit different to today…and the branding for a number of brands has changed somewhat – both in terms of its product packaging but also the look and feel of the adverts.

However some iconic brands have remained consistent in approach, such as ABSOLUT vodka and Jack Daniel’s as just two examples…
