William Grant & Sons
Glenfiddich. The Balvenie. Hendrick’s. Tullamore D.E.W. Tuthilltown. Five brand homes across Scotland, Ireland and New York, each with a story people travel a long way to hear.
William Grant & Sons wants one person to lead them all. You’ll set the direction for how these distilleries welcome the world, from the first-time visitor on a tour to the collector flying in for a private tasting.
Full P&L ownership. A five-year plan to write. A team to lead. And a clear brief: make every visit a lasting reason to love the brand.

A bit more about William Grant & Sons
William Grant & Sons is an independent, family-owned distiller. It has been since 1887, when William Grant and his family built the Glenfiddich distillery in Dufftown.
Five generations on, the portfolio includes some of the world’s most admired spirits. The brand homes are where those brands meet the people who love them.
This role exists to bring all five under one clear vision, with the investment and ambition to match.
Denholm’s take
Family ownership changes the maths. Decisions get made with the next generation in mind, and you can see it in how William Grant & Sons invests in its brand homes.
Five sites. Five distinct personalities. The authority to shape them all. The Distillers Library at Dufftown alone is a project most people in luxury hospitality would queue for.
If you’ve built premium experiences and want to do it with brands this storied, let’s talk. Every conversation is confidential.
