🥃 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 – 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘀 | 𝗨𝗦𝗔

I’m currently leading a search for a 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 on behalf of a high-growth spirits business looking to significantly scale its US commercial operation.

We’re looking to speak with proven commercial leaders who have:

• 𝟭𝟱+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, ideally having started their career with a major global spirits supplier before moving into the emerging/growth-brand environment.
• Held a 𝗩𝗣 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 / 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 position with an emerging spirits brand that has experienced 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵.
• 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗮 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵, including hiring, developing and leading high-performing teams as the business scaled.
• Deep relationships across 𝗼𝗻-𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲, 𝗼𝗳𝗳-𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹/𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀.
• Extensive experience managing and influencing 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗦.
• A genuinely 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻, 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰h, someone equally comfortable setting commercial strategy and getting into the market to execute it.
