This is where I spend my working hours - click here to find out more about this distillery where every bottle is produced from ‘seed to sip’ containing specially chosen botanicals from its own garden, utilising the plants essence to create a unique tasting gin full of natural flavours and aromas with no preservatives, sugars, colourings or flavourings. .

The first event at Bonnie and Wild took place la The first event at Bonnie and Wild took place last night in Edinburgh! The Meet the Maker Experience continues Friday 23rd July to Sunday 25th July. During this two-hour event, the founder and head-gardener, Hamish Martin will walk you through the story behind The Secret Garden Distillery as well as the herbalist approach they take to the distillation process of the gins. After an introduction from Hamish, the Head of On-Trade, Daniel, will present the range of gins and guide you through an in-depth tasting. He will then end the tasting with an easy to make cocktail demonstration that you will also get to try! About the event: Choose from dates between 22nd July -24th July 2021. Arrive anytime between 7:00-7:30pm to enjoy a welcome drink! Ticket prices start at £30.00.
