About Us:

We built Church of Oak on a foundation of simple principles. Facts and flavour. Process and possibilities. Respect for the planet. Ireland is our home, and we care about our provenance. From the first seed of the idea, we’ve made high-quality, multigrain whiskey with low impact methods. We went against the grain, championed creativity and challenged convention. Our legacy lives on in the generations that follow. We shape the traditions of tomorrow with the work we do today.

Church of Oak is a multi-grain distillery that produces an exciting range of distillates using local Kildare grains. The distillery is semi-automated and requires the skill and attention to detail of the team to ensure that our high-quality standards are consistently achieved. This is Irish whiskey but not as you know it.
