We are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to execute the commercial and marketing activities in the region (PUB) providing support for the Area Manager and the Marketing Manager in all channels (On & Off Trade and Events) and for all the portfolio. The Trade Marketing Manager will help monitor brand performance (KPIs & Reports) in all region.

Responsabilidades / Main Responsibilities:

  • Visit to the markets to track and adjust: Price, distribution & Visibility (On & Off Trade).
  • Planning Trade Activities: Manage the external agencies, materials management, resolution of incidents, administrative issues, ensure correct reporting.
  • Point of contact between the local Marketing Team and the Commercial Team at the distributors
  • Identify business opportunities and support partners (importers) to convert it.

Strategic Development:

  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with the Brand Plan marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with distributors’ sales and marketing teams to ensure coherence in commercial strategies.
  • Translate global brand strategies into daily brand activities.

Market Analysis:

  • Report market insights and trends in the alcoholic beverages sector in the region.
  • Discover and develop brand building opportunities (customers & activities).
  • Analyse competitors’ performance and identify opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Oversee the wholesalers and retailers) price, inventory, promotions and sell out information of key brands.

Activation Planning:

  • Create activation plans at the point of sale to enhance visibility and preference for Zamora Company’s products.
  • Coordinate promotional events and strategic partnerships to boost sales.
  • Select and train the teams In all channels (On, Off & Events).
  • Establish creative strategies and tools to present Licor 43 & Carajillo.
  • Be Licor 43’s personification within Importer/ distributor team supporting sales and marketing teams.

Stakeholder Relationship:

  • Collaborate with distributors to optimize the execution of trade marketing strategies.
  • Build, establish and nurture strong relationships with key influencers, partners and industry players.
  • Nurture our mid & long-term relationships with established customers (On & Off Trade & Events).
  • Work hand to hand and lead agencies by the example.

Budget Management:

  • Support the Marketing Manager with the managing of the A&P budget to ensure events and activities are carried out correctly.

Results Measurement:

  • Establish clear KPIs and measure them to evaluate the performance of trade marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse data and metrics to adjust strategies and maximize return on investment.

Requerimientos y Habilidades / Requirements & Skills:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Availability for travel as needed.
  • Proven experience in trade marketing, preferably in the alcoholic beverages sector.
  • Deep knowledge of the Brazilian alcoholic beverages market and its dynamics.
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Relevant Cultural background: music, fashion, entertainment, consumption habits and leisure.
  • User-level knowledge of the Windows and Google environment: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English. Advantage in Spanish.
  • Passionate about On Trade and the Horeca Channel.
  • Availability for flexible hours, night visits to customers and events presence
