We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Coordinator to join the UK’s largest specialist wine retailer!

The role:

As Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating social media activity across our stores to drive awareness, engagement and revenue through our store social media tools and platforms. This will be achieved by promoting best practice, supporting stores onboard and maintain account access, reporting weekly progress, developing ideas and creating content templates.

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Work with Social Media Executive to create and distribute weekly store content/assets/tips
  • Maintain and distribute the weekly store social media report
  • Provide assistance to stores regarding account access and password resets
  • Run periodic training sessions with stores, RMs and ROMs
  • Attend regional calls to champion social media
  • Champion social media across the business

Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience:

  • Keen understanding and practical knowledge of the various social media channels and products
  • Hunger to keep up to date with the continuously evolving world of social media
  • Excellent written communication skills with an expert eye for detail and spotting data discrepancies
  • Proactive thinker – we would expect you to come up with ideas to drive social performance
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Results and detail oriented with a strong work ethic, good team player.
  • Proficient in G-suite
  • Wine / Wine Industry knowledge preferred

Contract Type: 6 month FTC

Hours: Full time

Location: Watford. Our Head Office is based in Watford, just 20 minutes from London Euston. From Watford Junction, we are a 15-minute walk to our Head Office.
