What We’re Looking For…FUNKIN Cocktails are looking for an energetic & entrepreneurial Senior National Account Manager to join our exciting on-trade team. As our SNAM your key focus will be to lead, drive and develop business within the managed retail channel. Your customer base will include our largest on-trade accounts and your focus will be on development of the cocktail category, driving our current FUNKIN Cocktails range and the innovative & exciting NPD that has joined our portfolio in 2023.

Your Responsibilities Will Include…As Senior National Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain a close relationship with the account base that delivers tangible business benefits and agreed volume and turnover targets
  • Use data to help you think strategically about the account base and create plans that involve the present and the future
  • Negotiate contracts with customers to maximise sales
  • Manage FUNKIN promotional activity and spend to maximise ROI and category growth
  • Identify and recommend growth opportunities with a plan for success
  • Manage P&L, pricing, forecasting and internal accruals for account base
  • Coordinate with RTM team to manage indirect listings and forecasting
  • Seek new business and brand building opportunities both within the account base and new on-trade retailers

RequirementsWhat you’ll bring…The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Demonstrable experience in account management
  • Experience of managing the largest on-trade groups in the UK
  • Be able to collect, organise and read data to aid decision making
  • Excellent commercial acumen
  • Be a strong Influencer
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Customer focused
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, identifying business or channel wide opportunities
  • Spirits knowledge preferable
