We are a historical F&B Company, with strong focus at international level, based remotely in key international markets and reporting to Europe Director, the Regional Manager’s main responsibility is to represent and sustainably grow our spirits portfolio in selected European markets as part of the International Division, key future growth driver for our company.

He / She will be working in conjunction with our distributor partners in the region to develop and execute business and marketing plans to maximize the brand value over time.

He/she will be working closely and in coordination with the international marketing team as well as the rest of the international division.


  • P&L responsibility
  • Management of existing distributor partners, scouting of new opportunities in existing or new markets.
  • Lead yearly business and marketing plan development as well as key distributor meetings and QBRs
  • Assure supplier’s priorities and resources are well communicated to the distributors
  • Act as the key contact with the distributors and their teams by providing needed resources and information in a timely manner, while building harmonious, value-based, long term business relationships
  • Monitor sales and profit for portfolio in the European markets while completing management reports, KPIs and business plans
  • Establish and manage pricing strategy as well as market’s A&P
  • Effectively collaborate with colleagues in other departments (Sales, Finance, Marketing) to achieve business objectives
  • Travel and support brand and trade initiatives in the markets with customers, consumers and industry events


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing specialization or equivalent.
  • From 5 to 15 years of experiences in international sales, Key account management, GTR or marketing with strong sales profile. Experience in alcoholic beverages and international sales & Marketing through distributors/importers is a strong plus.
  • Full proficiency of English. Other languages are welcome
  • Will be considered as a plus German Language knowledge
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to adapt to different cultures
