This is an exciting opportunity for a NAM/SNAM with experience in Route to Market (RTM) & National On-Trade to manage and develop key strategic relationships within a highly competitive FMCG market.

Client Details

My client is an established business within spirits. They’re a founder led heritage brand with both branded and own label products, with a presence across all the top 4, discounters, route to market and on-trade.


  • Drive growth and profitability in across your existing account base
  • Manage national on-trade pub and restaurant groups, as well as national wholesalers
  • Develop and execute promotional activities, agree contracts and lead negotiations
  • Hold full P&L responsibility for your account base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Work cross-functionally and collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand strategies
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports
  • Participate in sales meetings and industry events


A successful RTM & On-Trade NAM should have:

  • Proven experience working in wholesale and/or on-trade at a regional or national level
  • Experience working in food and/or drinks (spirits experience a bonus)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and financial acumen
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented approach
  • Full, clean driving license

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary of £70,000 to £80,000 per year
