We are a family run, Carbon positive company working with the world’s leading spirits and drinks brands. For over 40 years we have been supplying the drinks industry developing glass and barware to suit their brand characteristics, budget and other requirements. We offer a complete design service from concept through to production.

We supply through three main routes: design and distribution of premium glassware and barware to leading drinks brands and distilleries. B2B through hospitality; supplying the worlds leading hotels and bars, and lastly through online sales.

Job:

As an international sales manager you will be responsible for working in our branded and bespoke team where we design, manufacture and supply premium barware and glassware to some of the worlds leading brands as well as smaller distilleries and business around the world.

You will be part of the team responsible for managing an international key accountas well as working on developing the UK market. This will include visiting distilleries in England and Wales offering our design and branding services; and will require EU travel to where this key customer operates.

We are a local family run business with a large global portfolio of customers and brands. As such all of our team have to be prepared to work flexibly, taking on additional tasks when and if the business requires.

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • At least ten years commercial experience, preferably from either a similar business offering B2B branding and bespoke products or a spirit’s company.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both live and virtual, with the ability to constantly assess the needs of the customer.
  • Ability to maintain and develop existing business.
  • Regional knowledge and experience of working within the EMEA territory.
  • Proven experience running and working to targets.
  • Execute opportunities to drive sales and business growth into new domestic and international markets.
  • Experience of achieving and managing sales budgets
  • Experienced in new business development.
  • Readiness to travel, ability to work in flexible timings and across different time-zones.
  • Proven and demonstrable commercial awareness
  • Proactive and tenacious work ethic.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office

Preferred knowledge and skills

· Experience of import and export would be beneficial.

· An understanding of the drinks industry

· Experience in a manufacturing and or wholesale business.

· Experience of working in international markets

· Existing customer base would be advantageous.

  • Ability to speak a foreign language would be advantageous.
