Head of International

A brand new leadership role and a key member of the commercial team, The Head of International will oversee Eden Mill’s international strategy and execution across Europe, Asia, Australasia, Africa and South America.

Reporting to the board, with flexible/remote home working, The Head of International has responsibility for identifying and managing international distribution outside UK and US. He or she will create and implement account plans for existing and new distributors that grow brand visibility for Eden Mill across global markets.

To be considered, you will have a demonstrable track record of identifying, approaching and onboarding new distributors/customers in priority markets that deliver against the annual volume, revenue and gross margin commercial plans. From a white & brown spirit background and with significant P&L experience, you will have an extensive network of international distributors and a strong understanding of the gin and whisky categories.
