We’re delighted to announce the launch of our newly developed Graduate Programme for 2024. Based within our Springburn site in Glasgow, our Graduate Programme will take place over a three year period. You will work within a number of areas of the business, where you will gain exposure to the world of distillation, engineering and operations, through a number of placements.

A Graduate Programme at Suntory Global Spirits will give you an excellent grounding to kick start and accelerate your career within one of the world’s largest leading Consumer Goods companies.

What You Need To Apply

We are looking for an enthusiastic Honours Degree Graduate with a minimum of 2:1 Degree (preferred discipline, Engineering). You will be a highly motivated individual with a desire to learn and progress within your career. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and be flexible, adaptable and resilient.

You love a challenge and are comfortable taking on responsibility. You will thrive on solving problems, possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively collaborate with others.

The Recruitment Process

We are delighted to announce applications for our 2024 Graduate Programme are now open! Applications will close at midnight on Wednesday 24th July 2024.

If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited to attend a two stage interview process as follows:

  • Thursday 1st August 2024: Assessment Centre held in Glasgow City Centre;
  • Thursday 15th August 2024: Formal interviews at our Springburn office.
