Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Manager at Grosvenor Casino, Southend-on-Sea, you’ll bring a fresh perspective and a whole lot of personality to your team.

You’ll need to be confident in your abilities, have a passion for delivering great food and drink experiences, and be able to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and personability.

This multifaceted role demands a unique blend of leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Tasked with overseeing the entirety of the food and beverage department, your duties extend beyond managing a team. You’ll oversee every culinary creation and beverage to ensure they uphold the highest standards.

Beyond that, you’ll navigate the intricate web of health and safety regulations to prioritise everyone’s well-being and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive our mission to becoming the UK’s most loved Casinos. .


To be successful in this role you’ll need:

  • Experience as a general manager, assistant manager, or F&B manager in a reputable branded or independent food and beverage organisation.
  • A good level of knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
  • Minimum level 3 food safety. (Either current or expired)
  • A real passion for delivering the highest standards and experience to customers.
