As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we have reshaped our team and need a passionate and experienced Field Sales Manager to drive a culture change and lead a team to success to achieve company budgets and KPI’s.

As an experienced Field Sales Manager, you will develop the national hybrid sales team, driving sales performance, rate of sale and availability across key accounts in the on and off trade. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring the successful implementation of promotional activities.

About you

  • Experience of working within the brewing industry, ideally experience from a modern brewery.
  • Experience of leading, motivating, and developing a team of field sales executives to achieve sales targets and objectives within the on-trade channel.
  • Able to develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the unique needs of each key account, maximizing brand visibility and sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the on-trade sector.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop impactful promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and insights to senior management.
  • Fully IT conversant, with high levels of skill in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good understanding of P&L reporting, accounting procedures and cost controls
  • Strong confident communicator with good influencing and interpersonal skills with a capability to flex style when appropriate.
  • UK Driving License
