The Role:

The DraftLine team is expanding and seeking a top-tier Ticketing & Sponsorship executive to support the growth of the European Experiential team. Reporting directly to the European Experiential Lead, the role entails managing ticketing processes, including fulfillment and occasional on-site hosting for key sponsorships. With a diverse array of sporting partnerships, the executive will exclusively oversee ticket management for all contractual and right-to-buy tickets, necessitating strong analytical skills and a knack for streamlining processes and presenting complex information clearly. Effective management of contractual tickets, vital assets for the business, demands rigorous tracking and reporting to ensure optimal leverage of assets.

What will you be doing:

  • Responsible for managing our online ticket management system Ticketmanager
  • Managing ticket tracking for our other major sponsorships including IOC, Wimbledon, Roland Garros and Tomorrowland
  • Implementing and running a process to gather ticket interest from internal stakeholders
  • Managing approval processes
  • Ticket fulfilment
  • Managing all communications to internal and external groups around ticket timelines
  • Support with financial management of ticket- internal cross charges and raising PO’s for right to buy tickets
  • Managing timelines for ticket fulfilment
  • Pulling reports for internal compliance checking

What you will bring:

  • Experience in similar other task orientated role
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience working with digital tracker, ticketing platforms and analyzing high volumes of information
  • Experience in working with a large and diverse mix of people
  • Excellent communication skills, with an upbeat and personable attitude
  • A fast learner with the ability to simplify the complex
