As a Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives related to our core brands. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and collaborating with wholesale distributors. Knowledge of the beverage market, understanding consumer trends, and establishing strong relationships with retailers and partners are essential. Additionally, staying informed about industry regulations and competitors helps in making informed decisions to maximise sales and market share.

In the role of Head of Sales, you will also be focused on building capability and performance management, responsibilities include developing and implementing training programs to enhance the sales team’s skills, identifying key performance metrics, and establishing systems for tracking and evaluating sales performance. This role often involves coaching and mentoring team members, fostering a high-performance culture, and aligning individual goals with overall sales objectives. Effective communication and analytical skills are crucial for assessing and improving the sales team’s capabilities and overall performance. You will be leading, coaching, developing, and motivating a team of Wholesale Account Managers & Business Development Managers in the field. You will also be key member of the commercial leadership team reporting into the Commercial Director.
