Distilleries Warehouse Manager

This role leads and manages the warehousing team and functions at Glendronach, Benriach and Glenglassaugh. Managing the cask filling on new make from all 3 distilleries (3.5mLA) as well as scheduling reracks, cask sampling and tanker movements between the sites and the bottling plant at Newbridge. This is a Distilleries Leadership role with a focus on all warehousing operations. The role has responsibilities across all 3 production sites as well as the MacDuff warehouse. The business continues to invest in ambitious expansion and improvement plans and this role will play a part in the development and implementation of the warehousing aspects. It includes leading and coaching the current warehouse teams to support the business goals. It is vital this role is able to lead and manage in a manner consistent with company culture that brings to life the Brown-Forman values ensuring the “How” is as important as the “What”.
