What You’ll Do:
As the Business Planning Manager, reporting into our VP of Marketing, you will manage and coordinate the total business cycle across the business unit, ensuring that all activities are managed effectively, and on time. This includes annual business planning, integrated activity planning, cycle planning, commercial reviews and partner reviews. You will also act as a process coach, ensuring the highest quality of inputs and outputs, while working with senior stakeholders across the multiple business functions to ensure compliance to the MABIUC way.
Additional key responsibilities include:
- Establishing a disciplined business rhythm and calendar
- Work with counterparts in other business units to ensure adoption of the MABIUC business processes
- Customise processes and systems to the International business requirements, taking partner and distributor interfaces into account
- Managing inputs and outputs for key commercial meetings
- Acting as a process leader for Commercial Review and Cycle Planning
- Coach team members across all geographies in adoption of the process, systems and templates
- Lead contact in ensuring that International business unit stays up to date with business best practice (link to US and Canada)
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Business or related field
- 5+ years experience in management consulting and business planning
- Knowledge and expertise in the alcohol beverage, FMCG or CPG industry
- Project management experience
