Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager at InvestBev, you will use our vast network of current clients and unequaled data sources of potential clients, primarily utilizing phone, email, and social media. You will draw upon your personal experience managing business opportunities and workflow using a CRM system. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented and enjoy setting and beating quotas. Additionally, you will regularly network and collaborate with industry professionals, working as a member of a team whose growth has been achieved through collaborative strategies and individual achievements.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients for Algoma Capital and BevStrat Sales, leveraging our network and data sources to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
Utilize a CRM system to manage business opportunities and workflow efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation of client interactions.
Set and achieve sales quotas, demonstrating a goal-oriented approach and a drive to succeed.
Network and collaborate with industry professionals, building relationships and exploring new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for business growth.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with potential clients.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management on progress and achievements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the beverage industry.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and business development strategies.
Experience using CRM systems to manage business opportunities and workflow effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
