In the context of this commercial role responsible for overseeing the London area, we seek an individual who possesses a high degree of confidence and a strong sense of motivation. The ideal candidate should bring with them a wealth of experience in the realm of beverage sales, coupled with a practical background in On-trade operations.

Under the supervision of our London Sales Manager, we are actively seeking a highly motivated and strategically minded professional to lead our efforts in cultivating new business within the London On-Trade sector. This role will focus predominantly on engaging with medium to large operator groups, encompassing both the acquisition of new clientele and the cultivation of existing accounts.

Key attributes we are seeking:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience within the On-trade industry, with a proven track record as a successful Business Development Executive/Manager or in a similar role within the premium drinks industry

In-depth understanding of the drinks industry, encompassing key players, market dynamics and regulatory landscape

Ideally the successful candidate will have good working knowledge of competitor’s portfolio

Demonstrated ability to drive substantial sales growth and consistently achieve ambitious targets

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to establish and maintain relationships at all organizational levels

Strong strategic mindset to identify long-term goals, devise effective business development strategies, and make informed decisions that align with the company’s vision

The ability to optimize resource allocation, prioritize tasks, and utilize time judiciously, in order to drive productivity, foster organizational effectiveness, and ultimately lead to positive outcomes

Self-motivated, driven and results-oriented, with a relentless pursuit of excellence

Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, negotiate contracts, deliver persuasive presentations, and maintain clear and concise correspondence

Existing network of great connections with decision makers at ON-trade venues

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software

Live within the Greater London area
