Title : Drinks Dispense Apprentice

The role:

Undertake a 15 month Apprenticeship scheme via a modern framework and modular assessment route
To undertake the installation, maintenance and repair of beverage dispense equipment throughout multiple outlets as required under contract.
To provide industry leading, exceptional customer service to Budweiser Brewing Group and our customers
To take control of any works requested by the HUB team and/or Regional Operations Manager through to completion.
Undertake the installation of drinks dispense equipment within the expected service level agreement and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
Carry out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks within the expected service level agreement and complete the associated paperwork.
Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance within the expected service level agreement and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
Be on a call out Rota to provide the customer with full out of hours cover
Who we’re looking for:

Experience in a customer technical or service environment desirable
High numeracy and verbal reasoning skills
Well-developed IT skill set across all areas of the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to forge strong relationships both internally & externally
Minimum 5 x GCSEs or equivalent  – Grade C or above (Maths Grade B as a minimum) including Maths, English and Science
Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
Ambitious and willing to work hard to achieve excellent results
Reliable, punctual and driven to succeed
