Position Responsiblities & Requirements
Business Outcomes:Run – the day to day execution of programs, projects and/or services, troubleshoots inquires
People and Teams:Directs the work of others and has full authority for hiring, performance, development and disciplinary action
Know-How:Advanced knowledge of departmental policies, procedures and best practices
- Local category & brand growth plan
- Commercial activity plan and activation
- Below the line stewardship & commercialization programming and tactics, namely:
- On/Off Premise commercialization strategy
- Equity programming
- Seasonal programming
- Sell tools & sell-in stories.
- Innovation implementation and volume planning.
- Oversee budget, performance reporting, agency roster management, and adaptation of local assets as applicable.
- Lead all internal & external education projects on the spirits portfolio and drive culture within the MACS team.
- Diagnose, interpret, and report brand performance both commercial & equity within the US.
Own:
- Local brand growth plan and strategic commercial delivery
- Interagency management
Influence:
- Above the line commercialization strategy, planning, activation, and reporting.
- Innovation Commercialization
- Consumer engagement platforms for the brand

Qualification & Skill Requirements
Experience Category: 4 to 6 yearsExperience Description:
- Autonomous self-starter with strong internal drive
- Strong analytical skills, ideally with IRI or Nielsen data experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in brand management within the CPG industry
- Previous spirits experience is preferred.
