The Assistant Brand Experience Manager will be working across the Scotch & Irish Brands, focused on our Brand Experiences, and Brand Homes including; in Scotland – Auchentoshan, Ardmore, Bowmore, Bowmore Cottages, Glen Garioch & The Harbour Inn, as well as; Kilbeggan, in the midlands of Ireland (EU).

This job will be to produce world class Brand Experiences, Itineraries & Events for key Markets, Internal Customers, Media & Buyers.

You will be working with some of the most iconic and distinctive premium drinks brands in the world, at the heart of a special and experienced team, working creatively on many events and collaborations.

You will be part of creating memorable experiences and successful Brand opportunities, leading to sales and unique asset development for Brand, Trade, Comsumer & Media.

The Assistant Brand Experience Manager will have day-to-day operational responsibility for the Brand Home Experiences and International Trade Visitor Programme. You will also support the Brand Experience Manager (BEM) with establishing and delivering the new vision and goals for this fast-growing new Team.

The role requires someone who will be an expert in our industry and possess extensive knowledge of our products as they will be responsible for hosting and delivering all trade experiences from our distilleries and across our international markets. Providing educational, inspiring experiences, and bringing our brands to life is essential to this role.

Role Responsibilities

Support the Brand Experience Manager & team on delivery of key Goals & Events

Work closely with Suppliers

Support the team on Finance and administration of Budgets

Support the team to produce Reports


Strong Proven track record in Premium Drinks, Events & Tourism Marketing

Strong Proven track record in striving for & achieving excellence

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CMS and CRMs.

Excellent oral and written skills with the ability to deliver presentations to a wide and varied audience.

Strong drive and desire to succeed

Commercial acumen with a flair for creativity.


Ability to multi-task and achieve premium results in fast moving situations

Proven polished, professional, calm, integrity & initiative

  • Educated to Degree level, or Worked to Assistant Management level (please note any additional relevant Qualifications)
  • Strong Proven track record in premium drinks, tourism, luxury brands, media trips, shoots & event production
  • Current Driving License (must be comfortable driving automatic and manual).
