The socio-economical head wind post-COVID has been a difficult one to manage for a number of drinks companies, resulting in some of these falling into administration and potentially ceasing to trade altogether. Inflation and rising costs have challenged drinks companies and their business plans more than ever, with changes in consumer behaviour also having an impact.
There are a few companies that have remained solvent and thankfully found new owners or investors in order to continue trading. Below are examples of some Drinks companies gone into administration in 2022 include:

October 2022 – Skinner’s Brewery
This is one of Cornwall’s much loved breweries and on a more positive note, it has recently been rescued from administration as reported.
